Hitachi’s nuclear revenue rises as SMR delivery date approaches

Hitachi has reported higher turnover in its nuclear operations as the industrial group moves closer to the scheduled delivery of its small modular reactor technology. Although sales of grid equipment remain healthy, senior management noted that persistent inflation and prolonged supply schedules continue to pose operational challenges.
